Pilot Program Overview
The pilot program is a 4-episode series designed to support and sponsor the creation of a podcast idea from potential customers. Our goal is to identify and nurture promising podcast ideas, helping creators bring their vision to life with professional support. If the podcast meets a set target for views or engagement metrics, we will continue to sponsor its production, providing ongoing support.
Program Structure
1. Initial Submission:
1.1 Criteria: Interested participants must submit a podcast proposal, including the concept, target audience,
and a brief outline of the first four episodes.
1.2 Selection Process: Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of judges from Modal Creative Studio and
Just for Creators. Selection criteria include originality, audience appeal, and alignment with our brand
values.
2. Pilot Episode Creation:
2.1 Funding: Selected participants will receive funding to produce their first four podcast episodes.
2.2 Support Provided: Access to our podcast studio and equipment.Professional editing and post-

3. Performance Metrics:
3.1 View Targets: Each episode will have set targets for views, downloads, or other engagement metrics

3.2 Evaluation: At the end of the 4-episode pilot, we will evaluate the podcast’s performance based on
these targets. Success will be determined by meeting or exceeding viewership goals, audience feedback,
and overall engagement.
4. Continuation Sponsorship:
4.1 Ongoing Sponsorship: Podcasts that meet the performance criteria will receive continued sponsorship,
