Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Just for Creators collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), known as the PDPA.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Just for Creators is a service of Modal Creative Studio Co., Ltd., 530/2 Chaiyaphruek Yaek 8, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Modal Creative Studio Co., Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What We Collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and LINE account, when you book, enquire or create an account.
• Booking details: the sessions, packages and add-ons you book, the dates, your company name, and any notes you give us about your production.
• Payment details: the amount, date and method of payment, and tax invoice details such as a company name, address and tax ID. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Recordings: the video, audio and images captured during your session, which may include the image and voice of you and your guests.
• Messages: what you send us by email, chat, phone or the contact form.
• Website data: technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.
• Security camera footage, where cameras are in use at our premises.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health information, religion or political opinions. Please do not send it to us unless it is part of the content you choose to record.

3. Why We Use It and Our Legal Basis

• To take and manage your booking, record your session, deliver your files and provide editing you have ordered. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• To answer your enquiries and send service messages about your booking. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, or steps you ask us to take before booking.
• To take payment, issue receipts and tax invoices, and keep accounting records. Legal basis: our legal obligations under Thai tax and accounting law.
• To keep our premises, equipment, website and customers safe, and to prevent fraud and misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
• To understand how our website and services are used so that we can improve them. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it.
• To send you news and offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To show excerpts or images from your session in our portfolio or marketing. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recordings and Your Guests

Your recordings belong to you. We handle them only to deliver the service you booked. If other people appear or are heard in your recording, you are responsible for telling them and for having their agreement to be recorded and to how you use the content.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who work for us, such as payment, booking system, website hosting, cloud storage, file delivery, email and messaging providers.
• Editors and crew who work on your production, who are bound by confidentiality.
• Our accountants, auditors and professional advisers.
• Government bodies, courts or regulators, where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor of our business, if the business is sold or reorganised, under the same protections as this policy.

6. Transfers Outside Thailand

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Thailand. Where your data is transferred abroad, we take steps required by the PDPA so that it is protected to an adequate standard.

7. How Long We Keep It

• Recordings and delivered files: 30 days after delivery, then deleted, unless you have asked us to keep them for ongoing editing work.
• Booking, payment and tax records: at least 5 years, as Thai accounting and tax law requires.
• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Security camera footage: up to 30 days, unless it is needed to investigate an incident.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in to your booking account. If we use cookies for analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.

9. How We Protect It

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use providers with appropriate security, and protect accounts with passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you where the risk is high, as the PDPA requires.

10. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Ask for access to, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data.
• Ask us to restrict or stop using your data.
• Object to how we use your data, including for direct marketing.
• Receive your data in a commonly used format or have it sent to another organisation.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on your consent.
• Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

To use any of these rights, email hello@justforcreators.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some rights have limits under the law; for example, we must keep tax records even if you ask us to delete them.

11. Children

Bookings must be made by someone aged 20 or over. If a person under 20 takes part in a recording, a parent or legal guardian must agree to it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 10 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you directly about changes that significantly affect you.
